A Reason to Be Thankful one-act Thanksgiving play

A sweet, short Thanksgiving play for elementary students that tells the reason for the Pilgrims thankfulness on that first Thanksgiving. Join a teacher and her students as they follow the Pilgrims from their beginnings in Scrooby, England through their challenges on the Mayflower and their search for a safe place to settle in America. (Fun use of pantomime to act out each scene learned in Places Everyone!) 16 characters that can be combined for fewer actors or shared to allow for more, plus an option for a small choir to include the younger students or another class. (approx. 10 min.)

Based on Lewis Carroll's book, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, this short 30-minute play includes the original language and characters that we have all come to love. Travel with Alice as she follows the White Rabbit into Wonderland and meets other wacky characters like the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat and the Queen of Hearts. 🎬Bonus Feature!
